It has been an annus horrible for VW camper vans. On the 23rd September this year an announcement was made that production of VW Camper vans would cease on December 31st because of rule changes. 63 years of production and 10 million vans built and set out on the road.
That being said millions of these vans are still on the road. And each one has it’s own character and charm.
My new year’s resolution is to love the journey and embrace the chaos. I already live on the edge because I have no air bags or anti-lock brakes.
Remember old vans don’t die they just lose a little bit of acceleration.
